We compute bounds and forecasts on screened modified gravity theories, specialising to the chameleon model in Casimir force experiments. In particular, we investigate classical interaction between a plate sphere subject of type. compare numerical simulations field profile pressure exerted analytical approximations for these non-linear theories. focus proximity approximation (PFA) show that, within range sizes $R$ plate-sphere distance $D$ simulated numerically, PFA does not reproduce results. This differs from case linear theories such as Newtonian Yukawa where coincides with exact that screening factor (SFA) whereby is modelled embedded external due plates, fares better can be used regime $D\gtrsim R$ extract constraints existing forthcoming data. forecast future experiments would corroborate closing parameter space simplest models at dark energy scale.
